Free Weights Zone

​Free weights are the most basic form of bodybuilding equipment. The reason they are called “free weights” is because there are no attached pulleys, cables, pins, or weight stacks which allows versatility and portability.  Free Weights improve balance and help develop better coordination and strengthen your muscles in a way that mimics your natural movements. Free weights are designed for use in isolating resistance to a muscle or muscle group. :)

Our exercise stations by BH Fitness (Europe’s leading fitness equipment manufacturer) are bio mechanically perfect and have been designed to be easy to use for beginners, while offering advanced features that appeal to experienced exercisers. Our strength machines come equipped with a special monitor that displays information like number of repetitions completed, percentage completed, calories, total weight lifted, rest time between sessions to let you focus completely on your exercise!

Cardio Vascular Section

Our cardio area includes many types of cardiovascular training-related equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary exercise bikes and rowing machines. Our cardio equipment by True Fitness, USA provides the most orthopedically correct systems and intuitive programs/ features. We have a number of audio-visual displays to keep our clients entertained during long cardio sessions along with our energizing music played by our in-house DJ.

Work hard on these machines daily, and you’ll forget what being out of breath feels like. No kidding!!

Before beginning a new exercise program, we review your medical history and understand your exercise limitations. We use screening tools like Body Composition, Body Mass Index (BMI), Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength and Muscular Endurance, Flexibility Testing to determine the safety of exercise and understand your needs. Translated, this just means that we’ll do everything we can to help you exercise in the way most appropriate for you, while making sure you don’t overexert yourself!

Need someone to push you to give your best? We’ve got a bunch of professional trainers whose sole aim at the gym is to mould your body into a perfect masterpiece. Our trainers are fitness professionals involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Our trainers also measure clients’ strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. They also educate the clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. If a trainer suspects that one of his or her clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, they may refer the client to the proper health professional.

​Locker Rooms: The Men’s and Ladies’ locker rooms have full sized lockers available free of charge for members for day use.

​Steam room: The facility of steam room, once a reserve of the affluent, has been specially introduced for our members, retaining in view its various benefits to mental and physical health.

​Physiotherapist & Nutritionist: Our regularly visiting physiotherapist and nutritionist will be glad to offer medical and nutrition information to members who need their advice!
